The resources below may help you with your loved one who has a problem with addiction, but we would encourage you to also consider whether or not you should ASK for help with codependency. If you would prefer to look at resources related to codependency, please click here to take your first steps.

There are numerous ways to get help. ASKing those around you whose recovery you find attractive is one way to start. Local, anonymous recovery groups are another good way to begin.
